Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and us about playing Floorfall. By creating a hero you accept them. Please read them – they are short.

1. Who we are

Floorfall is run by [Operator name], [Company ID], [Registered address] (“we”). You can reach us at [contact e-mail].

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 15 years old. If you are younger, you may play only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • One person, one account, one hero. Keep your sign-in details to yourself – you are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • The account is personal. Selling, buying or sharing accounts is not allowed.

3. Playing fair

To keep the game fun for everyone, you must not:

  • use bots, scripts, macros or other tools that play for you or give you an unfair edge;
  • abuse bugs – tell us about them instead;
  • trade in-game items, gold or accounts for real money outside the game;
  • harass, threaten or cheat other players, or post hateful, illegal or sexual content (in the chat, names, references or anywhere else);
  • pretend to be our staff or try to break into the game or other players’ accounts.

If you break these rules, our team may mute you, take back what was gained unfairly, suspend or close your account. For serious or repeated breaches we may do so without warning.

4. Game content and virtual items

  • Items, gold, Tower Shards and everything else in the game are a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in the game. They are not your property and have no value outside the game; they cannot be exchanged back for money.
  • Trading between players is allowed only inside the game, with its market and trades.
  • The game changes: we balance, add, change and remove content. A new tower season starts the climb again with new characters; what your account keeps (for example portraits, frames and effects bought or earned for the account) is described in the game.

5. Purchases

You can play for free. Buying Tower Shards, store items or Patron time is governed by the Terms of Sale.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the game running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors; maintenance and outages happen. The game is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or lost in-game progress; nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Ending the account

You can stop playing at any time and ask us to delete your account at [contact e-mail]. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or after a long time without any activity (we tell you before by e-mail).

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the game or the law changes. We tell you about important changes in the game or by e-mail before they apply; if you do not agree, you can stop playing and delete your account.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic; if you are a consumer, the protection the law of your country gives you stays. If we cannot solve a complaint together, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz), which handles out-of-court consumer disputes.

Buying is governed by the Terms of Sale, your personal data by the Privacy Policy.
